Anchor of Hope Autism Centre and The IDIA Set to Champion “Walk for Autism” in Edo State
The Anchor of Hope Autism Centre, in partnership with the International Development Initiative in Africa Project (The IDIA), is thrilled to announce its forthcoming event, the “Walk for Autism,” scheduled to take place on **Saturday, April 5th, 2025**, in Benin City, Edo State. The walk is another profound step in their continued commitment to supporting children living with autism and fostering greater understanding and inclusivity in society.
The event will kick off at **Itohan Girls Grammar School, Benin City**, at exactly **8:30 a.m.**, where participants will take to the streets in a united bid to spread awareness about autism and inspire love, empathy, and acceptance for children on the autism spectrum.
Highlighting the importance of the event, **free consultations and assessments for children** will also be offered, providing families with valuable opportunities for support, guidance, and resources.
