JUST IN: Senate Delays Decision on State of Emergency in Rivers Until 3 PM
The Senate has postponed its motion to approve the declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State until 3 PM.
To pass the declaration, a two-thirds majority—73 out of 109 senators—is required for the emergency rule to take effect.
